Korina Vaughn
Debbie Fisher
as health practitioner members of the Midwifery Council; and
Annette Black
as a layperson member of the Midwifery Council.
All the above are for terms of office commencing on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and expiring on 30 September 2015.
