Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed Jacob Te Kurapa as a member of the board of Bay of Plenty DHB for a term of office commencing on 14 February 2013 and ending on 8 December 2013.
