Pursuant to section 60 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries, after complying with the requirements of that section, gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Fisheries (Southern Bluefin Tuna Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2013.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for southern bluefin tuna-From the date that this notice comes into effect, consent is given for Talley's Group Limited to hold quota shares for southern bluefin tuna having a quota weight equivalent less than or equal to 36.2% of the total allowable commercial catch of southern bluefin tuna.
