as a member and deputy chair for a term from 15 September 2013 to 30 April 2015;
Jeremy James Rickman
as a member for a term from 15 September 2013 to
31 October 2015;
Anthony Gerard Lanigan
as a member for a term from 15 September 2013 to
31 October 2015; and
Wynton Gill Cox
as a member for a term from 1 November 2013 to 30 April 2016; and appoint
Nicholas William Rogers
as a member for a term from 15 September 2013 to
31 October 2016.
