Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby revoke the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 2011, No. 105, page 3062) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Fairfield College.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
