Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby revoke the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 March 2011, No. 26, page 765) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Kaikohe.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
