Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Anthony David Ford, retired Employment Court Judge
to be a temporary Judge of the Employment Court for a
12-month period commencing on 9 May 2013 and expiring on 8 May 2014.
