Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority, I hereby revoke the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 2011, No. 11, page 252) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Whanau-a-Apanui Area School.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
