Pursuant to section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, under delegated authority, I hereby revoke the notice
(as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 September 2012, No. 113, page 3225) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Matihetihe School.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
