Pursuant to section 60 of the Fisheries Act 1996,
the Minister for Primary Industries, after complying with the requirements of that section, gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2013.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for king crab-From the date that this notice comes into effect, consent is given for NZLL Quota Company Limited to hold quota shares for king crab having a combined quota weight less than or equal to 54.26 per cent of the combined total allowable commercial catches of king crab.
4. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for red crab-From the date that this notice comes into effect, consent is given for NZLL Quota Company Limited to hold quota shares for red crab having a combined quota weight less than or equal to 45.63 per cent of the total allowable commercial catches of red crab.
5. Revocation-The Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 2) 2011 (New Zealand Gazette,
13 October 2011, No. 155, page 4438) is revoked.
