Pursuant to section 261B of the Local Government Act 2002, I, Colin MacDonald, Secretary for Local Government, give notice that the Non-Financial Performance Measures Rules 2013 were made on 12 November 2013.
The Rules will come into force on 30 July 2014.
Copies of the Rules are available from the Department of Internal Affairs, 46 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington.

The Rules incorporate by reference the Drinking-Water Standards for New Zealand 2005 (Revised 2008), and
the Drinking-Water Standards for New Zealand 2000.
