Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Annette Kay Main, terminate
the state of local emergency declared at Whanganui for Whanganui District owing to risk of flooding to properties and roads.
The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect immediately on the making of this declaration.
