Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Kuni Jenkins in respect of Te Puna Reo Maori O Nga Maungarongo (10134), situated at 140 Haverstock Road, Mount Albert, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
