Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 2011,
which was granted under those Regulations to Debby Callaghan in respect of Nelson Cityjunior (65237), situated at 78 Quarantine Road, Stoke, Nelson.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
