Pursuant to Regulation 15(3) of the Marine Mammals Protection Regulations 1992, and pursuant to an Instrument of Delegation dated 24 September 2010 from the
Director-General of Conservation, I, Kevin O'Connor, Deputy Director-General, Conservation Services, Department of Conservation, hereby amend the moratorium originally declared by notice dated the 11th day of October 2010, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2010, No. 143, page 3576, and as amended by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 January 2013, No. 11, page 382, by extending the term of the moratorium to expire on 11 July 2014 inclusive.
