Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Denese Letitia Henare, ONZM, barrister and solicitor of Auckland
to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, commencing on 30 October 2013.
