Pursuant to section 272 of the Education Act 1989, and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint

and appoint
Frances Valintine
as members to the Education New Zealand Board for terms of three years each which commenced on 16 September 2013 and expire on 15 September 2016.
