Under section 8(1) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, I revoke the notice entitled "Innovation Board - Criteria for assessing proposals for specified Research, Science and Technology funding", published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 2011, No. 9, at page 180.
For the avoidance of doubt, the notice being revoked is on pages 180-192 of that Supplement (together with any amendments to the notice).
