Pursuant to section 209(1) of the Copyright Act 1994,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Copyright Tribunal, as established under the Copyright Act 1994:
Warwick Alexander Smith, of Auckland
as deputy of the chairperson for the purpose of hearing and determining the dispute between Copyright Licensing
New Zealand and Universities New Zealand including all matters arising in connection with that proceeding.
