Director-General of Conservation, I, Susanna Mary Tucker, Deputy Director-General, Operations, Department of Conservation, hereby amend the Declaration Notice dated the 11th day of October 2010, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2010, No. 143, page 3576, as follows:
The Declaration Notice does not apply to applications to transfer any marine mammal permits in whole or in part.
