Pursuant to section 344(2) of the Building Act 2004, I am pleased to appoint to the Building Practitioners Board:

as a member and deputy chair for a term of three years from 12 August 2013; and

as a member for a term of three years from 12 August 2013; and reappoint

as members for terms of two years from 12 August 2013.
