Judges of the High Court of New Zealand, as Judges to help the Judge nominated to supervise the Commercial List established at the office of the High Court, Auckland, under section 24A of the Judicature Act 1908, and to supervise the list when that Judge is absent from duty.
These nominations take effect from 13 August 2013.
