Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 1 July 2013, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, and on 3 July 2013, The Honourable John Archibald Banks, CNZM, QSO, Associate Minister of Commerce, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for Telarc SAI Limited to borrow up to $1.5 million from Westpac New Zealand Limited by way of a five-year term loan to fund the acquisition of the assets of Verification New Zealand Limited.
