Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby
give notice that on 26 July 2013, Gabriel Makhlouf, the Secretary to the Treasury, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Finance, and Marilyn Scott, Acting
Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Education and a sub-delegation from the Secretary of Education, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation
to section 161 of that Act, for the school boards listed
below to continue to hold equity securities and to
receive redeemable preference shares issued by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited:
Otago Boys' High School Board of Trustees
Timaru Boys' High School Board of Trustees
Salisbury School (Nelson) Board of Trustees
Southland Girls' High School Board of Trustees
