Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the scheduled international
air service licence issued to China Southern Airlines to authorise the airline to increase its operating capacity from seven to 10 return services per week with any aircraft type, and introduce a less onerous provision for the filing of tariffs.
These variations took effect on the date of signature below.
