Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 March 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Sheridan Gaul
in respect of Small Fry Nursery School (20275), situated
at 1 Bermuda Road, St Heliers, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
