Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 March 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Wendy Kain in respect of Pakotai/Parakao Playcentre (17674), situated
at Mangakahia Road, Parakao.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
