Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 January 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Gillian Brocas
in respect of BOP Polytechnic ECE Centre 2 (30151), situated at 36 Lagoon Place, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
