as a member of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency, for a term of office commencing on the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette and ending on 30 June 2016; and reappointed
David William Kerr
as a member of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency, for a term of office commencing on
1 August 2013 and ending on 31 July 2015.
