Pursuant to section 11A of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand,
in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Christopher John Allan
an Acting Judge of the High Court for a term of six months, the commission to take effect on 9 July 2013 and end on
8 January 2014, a certificate having been signed by the Chief Justice and the Chief High Court Judge that in their opinion it is necessary for the due conduct of the business of the Court that an Acting Judge be appointed.
