Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularities in connection with the election of parent representatives for the boards of trustees of Merrilands School, Puketapu School, Marfell School, Bell Block School, Fitzroy School, Frankley School, Central School, Mimi School, Moturoa School, St Pius X School, St John Bosco School, St Joseph's School (New Plymouth), Spotswood Primary School, Mangorei School, Highlands Intermediate School, Devon Intermediate, West End School (New Plymouth), Urenui School, Uruti School and Westown School.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
