Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularities in connection with the election of parent representatives for the board of trustees of Christchurch Girls' High School, Christchurch.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
