Pursuant to clause 28(3)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Science and Innovation is pleased to appoint to the Callaghan Innovation Board

as chair and a member for a four-year term;
Dr Michele Allan, of Melbourne, Australia
Robin Hapi, of Foxton
Sir Peter Maire, of Auckland
as members for two-year terms;
Dr Richard Janes, of Wellington
Craig Richardson, of Christchurch
Professor Peter Hunter, of Auckland
as members for three-year terms; and
Paul Lockey, of Auckland
as a member for a four-year term.
All the above appointments are for terms commencing on
1 February 2013.
