Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 January 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Tanya Harvey in respect of Waterview Kindergarten (5617), situated at
10 Herdman Street, Point Chevalier, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
