Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 January 1999, which was granted under those Regulations to Paul W. Wilson in respect of Tinytown Childcare Centre Number 1B (25267), situated at 43 Harwood Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
