Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 October 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Mark Mortlock in respect of City Impact Childcare Centre (10215), situated at 792 East Coast Road, Browns Bay, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
