Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 September 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Richard
Wei in respect of Rising Stars Henderson Early Childhood Centre 2 (10158), situated at 168 Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
