Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 82 of the Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001, the Minister of Commerce has appointed
Diane Margaret Maxwell, of Auckland
as the Retirement Commissioner under the New Zealand Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001, the Retirement Villages Act 2003, and the Crown Entities
Act 2004.
The appointment is for a term of three years commencing
on 1 July 2013 and expiring on 30 June 2016.
