Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand,
in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
Brendan William Francis Brown, one of Her Majesty's Counsel, of Wellington
a Judge of the High Court, the Commission to take effect
on 1 July 2013.
