Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
"On the 3rd day of June 2013, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, on behalf of
the Crown, gave a tax indemnity to the Te Urewera
legal entity and which is to apply from the date of such signing (namely 3 June 2013)."
