Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 7 June 2013, Nic Blakeley, Manager, Education & Skills, Treasury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Finance and a sub-delegation from
the Secretary to the Treasury, and Marilyn Scott, Acting Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Education and a sub-delegation from the Secretary of Education, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for the Waimea College Board
of Trustees and the Coromandel Area School Board of Trustees to each acquire a single share in Outdoor Education New Zealand for the amount of $1.00.
