Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 June 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Colleen Feary in respect of Barnardos Early Learning Centre - Mangere Under 2's (25320), situated at 33 Cape Road, Mangere, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
