Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000 for the election of a staff representative for the boards of trustees of Weedons School, Canterbury; Timaru Girls' High School, Timaru; Birkdale Intermediate School, Auckland and Mulberry Grove School, Great Barrier Island.
- Voting for the elections shall now close on 11 July 2013 for Weedons School.
- Voting for the elections shall now close on 18 July
2013 for Timaru Girls High School and Birkdale Intermediate School.
- Voting for the elections shall now close on 15 August 2013 for Mulberry Grove School.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
