Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 June 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Jan Gaffney in respect of Wa Ora Montessori Preschool 2 (60258), situated at 278 Waddington Drive, Naenae, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
