Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 November 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Justine Beck in respect of Play Days Childcare Centre (50111), situated at 14 Hair Street, Marton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
