Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 February 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Gwen Johnstone
in respect of Onerahi Te Kohanga Reo (18227), situated at Whimp Avenue, Onerahi, Whangarei.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
