Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity in connection with the election of parent representatives for the school Board of Trustees elections administered by Canterbury Education Services (CES).
This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
