by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the election for parent representatives for the boards of trustees of Murrays Bay School, Auckland; Mt Maunganui Intermediate, Mt Maunganui; Birkenhead School, Auckland; Sunnynook School, Auckland; St Paul's School (Massey), Auckland and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori
o Waioweka, Opotiki, require new elections to be held on
27 June 2013, and declare that the elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid elections remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new elections.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
