Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
11 March 2013, No. 42, page 1251, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 and
42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from
the Minister of Transport dated 27 November 2007,
I give notice that having received an application from
Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held
by that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to market code-share services to Turkey, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect from 14 May 2013.
