Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 August 2012, which
was granted under those Regulations to Bonnie Dewart in respect of Akoranga Childcare Centre (51510), situated
at 107 Bell Street, Whanganui.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
